We use PayPal as our primary payment processor. This gives you the security of using one of the world’s largest payment processors and means you do not have to divulge your credit card details to us. Note that you do not need a PayPal account to purchase via PayPal. PayPal supports direct payment using any of the major credit cards.
Important: Please note that we will not email license keys to anonymous (free) email addresses from organizations such as HOTMAIL, YAHOO, BIGFOOT, etc. This is to prevent chargeback fraud. If you only have access to an anonymous email account and wish to purchase our product then please contact us prior to purchasing to organize the shipment method.
We cannot provide refunds on purchases. Please download the trial and make sure the program will fit your needs before purchasing. The trial software may be used for 30 days any time within 45 days of installing it. The trial download includes random sample data from a player who has been playing several days a week for the past several years so that you can see what all the reports will look like once you get a substantial amount of your own playing results into the program. The professional edition offers a much richer set of reporting features, allowing professional edition users to create their own reports, modify and enhance the pre-built reports, create custom dashboards and favorite reports, and create additional reporting columns for use in custom reports. If you currently own a license for PokerBrain Standard, you may upgrade to PokerBrain Professional here.
